01What do you need from us to start?

A product URL and a logo are enough. Screenshots, a screen recording, your brand colours and three lines on the offer make the first cut sharper. If something is missing, we ask once and keep moving.

02How quickly do we get the film?

48 to 72 hours from a complete brief. Retainer films get priority in that same window.

03Who will we actually talk to?

The people who make your film. You write to one address and the studio answers, in plain English, within one working day. The studio is run by Ádám Tokár.

04Can we see something before we pay?

Yes. Ask for a free spec sample, a short piece made for your product. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

05Will it fit our website?

Every film ships as 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 masters, so there is a version for a desktop hero, a mobile layout and a social post. Tell us where it will sit on the page and we frame it for that spot.

06Do the films have captions?

Always. Captions are burned into the film and also delivered as a separate file, so the film works with the sound off.

07Do you use AI?

Every film is scripted, storyboarded, directed and finished by the studio. We use modern tools, generative AI included, where they make the result better, and we tell you before we use them on your film.

08How do revisions work?

Two revision rounds are included in every film. Anything beyond that is quoted before we start it, so there are no surprises.

09Can we use the film in ads and app stores?

Yes. After full payment you can use the final files worldwide with no time limit: on your site, in ads, on social and in the app stores.

10Who sends the invoice?

Apex Web is a studio name of Apex Motion Studio. Invoices are issued in US dollars by Tokár Ádám e.v., the Hungarian business behind the studio, and payment details are sent for your package before work starts.
